Rebellion

So this is the sequel to the book extinction, and this one is about how the humans rebel against the macros, the evil robots. They end up in a different galaxy where they will not be able to contact earth about the macros coming to kill them. It is a cliffhanger book where the human race can either destroy the macros, or the macros will destroy them. This book is an amazing book and I reccomend it everybody.

Extinction

So this is a book about a farmer who gets taken by an alien ship to fight a robotic race called the macros. The robots are attacking earth, and can't be stopped by a missile. The man is called John, and he creates a defense force to defend the earth. I really liked this book, since it is my favorite genre (sci-fi). I have read all 4 of the books, and am waiting for the next one to come out. Overall I would give this book 10 out of 10. I would definitely read this again!

Fires On Promethus

So this book is the fourth in the Spartan Series. The series is based around a person called Spartan, who got recruited in the army and basically was in no-chance situations, but as always happens in books, he got away. The difference between these books and other books in the same genre is that everything is showed in multiple perspectives, and is always shown in the view of the enemy, and the view of the good guys. It gets a bit confusing but overall it makes you understand a lot better.

So this particular book is about Spartan getting caught by these massive mutated creatures and he has to try to escape from the facility, which is on a boiling planet that will burn anything on it. He ends up having to fight for the amusement of his captors, and almost dies.

The Mockingjay

Ok, so I decided to read this book again. No better than the last time. Still rubbish. The author didn't express the characters, and made the scene to sad and depressing. Prim dies (katniss's sister) and everything goes out of focus. In this book she was one of the main characters, and killing her just made the story horrible. I was very sad about that.

The Hunger Games

This is a really good book. The way the writer sets up the characters so that they do something at the last moment that you would never expect, but then you think that it could never be anything else. This is the best book, the characters express the most emotions in this book, and the last book is rubbish. My favorite part of the book is when katniss attaches the wire to the lightning tree and puts it in the water, killing the other opponents. I know that sounds gruesome, but the way the author writes it is is really descriptive and fun.
